Most of that course has been folded into the new one. The event was previously held entirely in Prospect Park before expanding to a course that encompassed neighborhoods around the park including Prospect Heights and Kensington. The new course, a tour de force of the iconic Brooklyn landscape starting in hip Williamsburg and stretching to summer hotspot Coney Island, represents the culmination of over a decade of work by NYCRUNS.
